On September 30, 2025, we launched our Mainnet: a massive milestone that brought our vision of a blazing-fast, scalable zero-knowledge proof verification layer to reality. But we’re not kicking back just yet. Our team and incredible community are moving forward, and today we’re pumped to announce Runtime Upgrade 1.2.0 on the Volta testnet. This update introduces support for RISC Zero v3 and enhancement to the claim mechanisms to support our future ProofPoints campaign. Let’s jump in!

Added RISC Zero v3 Support

Runtime Upgrade 1.2.0 brings full support for RISC Zero v3, the latest version of the Rust-based zkVM. Developers can now verify RISC Zero v3 proofs on Volta.
